T-Hangers: We currently have 23 T-hangers. 20 are approximately
900 sq.ft. and are located on the N.W. side of runway 5/23. They have 110v power and lights inside as well as outside security lighting. They are leased on a monthly basis for $200/ plus tax.

There are Also 3 Larger T-hangers approximately 1100 sq.ft. with lighting and multiple outlets. These are located on the west end of runway 13/31. Monthly lease is $300.00 plus tax.

We currently have 1 large T Hanger available for rent.

Tie downs: Arcadia airport has 30 tie down spaces located on the main ramp.

Over night $5.00, Weekly tie down $15.00 Monthly is $45.00

Commercial Space: The airport currently has 1 large hanger available for commercial use. It is located at the entrance to the airport. It is 5000sq.ft. with office space and restrooms.
